When we talk I would like to know:
1) The exact address of the home. 2) The listing price of the home. 3) The square footage. 4) Number of bedrooms. 5) Is there a basement or crawlspace? 6) Is the home on town water and septic? 7) What additional inspections would you like? Please note: I would like you as the client to be present for the home inspection if possible. This way I can easily address any concerns you may have. When you accept a home inspection appointment please feel free to hit the "view agreement" button to the left and download a SAMPLE to read over, understand, and seek advice if desired. This agreement must be understood by you. It should be signed electronically online (via a link that will be emailed to you) a minimum of 24 hours in advance of the inspection time. |
